Vichy Dermablend review !

Γειά σας κοπέλες μου και πάλι! Αργησα πάρα πολύ να ξανακάνω ποστ, αλλα είχα πολλά τρεχάματα!
Για αυτό επέστρεψα για να κάνω review σε ένα λατρεμένο – πλεόν- προϊόν, που είμαι σίγουρη οτι ισχύει και για πολλές απο εσάς.

Dermablend της Vichy !!!

Ναι, ναι, ξέρω οτι κάνω σαν τις youtubers στο video της Katmar, αλλα πραγματικά λατρεύω αυτό το make up!

Ας το πάρουμε απο την αρχή το θέμα…Πριν αρκετό καιρό έκανα ένα review για το make up της Vichy, το flexiteint το οποίο μου άρεσε μεν, δεν ήταν για μένα δε (χρώμα/ηλικιά,κτλ)
H Vichy λοιπόν μου έστειλε το dermablend, αυτή τη φορά σε ανοιχτή απόχρωση, την 15, η οποία είναι και η πλεόν κατάλληλη για μένα. Το φοράω συνεχώς απο τότε και…

Και ερωτώ…..

Που ήμουν τόσο καιρό και δεν το ήξερα?
Σε ποιόν πλανήτη ζω?

Εχω δοκιμάσει πολλάααα make up, και αυτή την στιγμή έχω τουλάχιστον 8-9 ανοιχτα (πάνε για φούντο, προφανώς, λήγουν και εύκολα)
Άλλα μου κάνανε στην κάλυψη, άλλα στην υφή, αλλα στην απόχρωση…Αυτό τα έχει όλα !!!! (και συμφέρει – κυριολεκτικά!!!!! Σε ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα θα το βρείτε απο 15-20€ )

Πάρα πολύ καλή κάλυψη, ταιριάζει άψογα με το χρώμα του δέρματος μου, αφήνει φυσικό αποτέλεσμα (οχι τελείως ματ, ούτε πολύ γιαλυστερό),είναι ελαφρύ, δεν προκαλεί λιπαρότητα και φυσικά κρατάει για ώρες.
Τον τελευταίο καιρό το βάζω σχεδόν καθημερινά γιατί έχω κάποιες κοκκινίλες και ηλίθια σπυράκια λόγω αλλεργίας με την άνοιξη, που δεν ξεκουμπίζονται με τίποτα !
Πήρα ήδη δεύτερο σωληνάριο, και έχω ένα back up στο σπίτι, και ένα στο τσαντάκι που κουβαλάω μαζί μου!

Επειδή όμως δεν μου αρέσει να μιλάω χωρίς αποδείξεις, και να εκθειάζω καταστάσεις χωρίς να είναι πραγματικότητα, μπορείτε να δείτε παρακάτω την διαφορά.
Δεν έχω φορέσει concealer, ούτε καν έχω δουλέψει περισσότερο τα σημεία με τα σπυράκια.
Το παρακάτω αποτέλεσμα είναι με ένα απλό άπλωμα του make up.Μια ομοιόμορφη στρώση.

 

Kαι στο σημάδι στο χέρι μου απο κάψιμο:

 

Σκεφτόμουν τα αρνητικά που μπορεί να έχει να σας τα γράψω, και δεν βρίσκω κανένα!

Απλώς θα πρέπει να προσέξετε 2 πράγματα:

1) Μην βάζετε πολύ ! Πραγματικά, μια μικρή ποσότητα αρκεί!
2) Το χρώμα όταν το κάνεις blend, είναι ελαφρώς πιο ανοιχτό γιαυτό προσοχή όταν το δοκιμάζετε ώστε να διαλέξετε την σωστή απόχρωση.

MUA pallete – Pretty Pastels

Καλησπέρα πριγκηπισσούλες!

Αυτή τη φορά επιστρέφω με swatches, και είναι απο την παλλέτα της MUA, την pretty pastels!

 

Κοστίζει 4 λίρες, άρα λίγο κάτι παραπάνω απο 5 ευρώ , και έχει 12 χρώματα.

Προσπάθησα να κάνω όσο καλύτερα τα swatch, αν και μου ήταν δύσκολο. Τα χρώματα είναι αρκετά ανοιχτά.Eπίσης, ενώ η παλλέτα λέγεται pretty pastels, και θα περίμενες απαλά, και μάλλον ματ χρώματα, όλα είναι shimmery.

Για να είμαι ειλικρινήες, δεν είναι η αγαπημένη μου παλλέτα. Ενώ υποτίθεται οτι είναι παστέλ, όλα είναι shimmery όπως είπα, κάτι που με ξενέρωσε πολύ όταν την είδα απο κοντά. Στα ”έντονα”, δεν φαίνεται τόσο πολύ, αλλα στα ανοιχτά…..

Είναι μια ανοιξιάτικη παλλέτα, και η ποιότητα της είναι … ΜUA. Αν δεν έχετε ήδη ψωνίσει κάποια παλλέτα της MUA, έχουν πολή καλή αποδοση χρώματος, ειδικά συγκριτικά με το κόστος τους.

Η πρώτη μου επαφή με τα Sleek – Pomegranate και Sunrise Swatches

Να μαι ξανά και γω! Εχω τόοοοοσα πολλά ποστ στο μυαλό μου, και τόσες ιδέες να περιμένουν, που στο τέλος δεν κάνω τίποτα!

Είναι η πρώτη μου επαφή με προϊόντα Sleek, αλλα σίγουρα όχι η τελευταία. Πριν λίγες μέρες παρείγγειλα την Oh-So-Special παλέτα απο το amazon, και περιμένω πως και πως να έρθει, ωστε να την κάνω swatch να την δείτε 🙂

Πριν λίγο καιρό λοιπόν, μια Ιρλανδή blogger, η Julie είχε ένα blog sale, και πουλούσε και 2 ρούζ της Sleek, το ένα αχρησιμοποίητο, το άλλο μόνο swatched. Η τιμή ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή, μαζί με τα μεταφορικά, δεν ήταν ούτε τα μισά απο ότι θα πλήρωνα απο το site της Sleek, και έτσι τα τσίμπησα!

Το συγκεκριμένο swatch με τα ρουζ όμως, με ταλαιπώρησε πολύ. Οχι για τίποτα άλλο, αλλα δεν μπορώ να βγάλω σωστές φωτογραφίες.
Βάζω ένα τόνο ρουζ, καταλήγω σαν κλόουν, και στις φώτογραφίες ούτε που φαίνεται. (Οπως είχε γίνει και με τα ρούζ απο την ELF, που και πάλι είχα βάλει μπόλικη ποσότητα (μπόλικη εννοώ = αρκετή ώστε να μην μπορώ να βγω έτσι έξω))

Τέλος πάντων , εγώ έκανα ότι μπορω. Τα ρούζ έχουν πολύ έντονο pigmentation, και όσες είναι άσχετες (όπως) εγώ, θα πρέπει να προσέχουν. Οσες πάλι ξέρουν, πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να προμηθευτούν ρούζ της Sleek γιατί είναι τέλεια.

Το pomegranate είναι ένα περιπου μώβ ρούζ με shimmer και το sunrise είναι bronze(r).

   

Ξεχωριστά τα χρωματάκια (είμαι τόσο φανταστική φωτογράφος, που φαίνομαι και στον καθρέφτη)

 

Στην πρώτη φώτο έχω κάνει ένα πέρασμα, και στην δεύτερη δύο . Το pomegranate φέρνει σε πιο πορτοκαλοκόκκινο όταν φοριέται, και όχι τόσο σκούρο. Ισως φταίει η κατανομή των shimmer, δεν ξέρω.

 

Θεωρώ τα Sleek ρούζ εκπληκτικά αν και ξεκίνησα απο τα βαθιά (aka έντονα χρώματα). Τέλεια απόδοση χρωμάτων, γκάμα χρωμάτων επίσης, διάρκεια, και φυσικά καλή τιμή.

Sleek blushes Pomegranate and Sunrise – Swatch

Ι had so many ideas (actually written down) about what post to make, but in the end, I don’t make any post at all. I think my time won’t be enough, and I m like ”Okay, I ll do it tommorow”

This is my first contact with Sleek products, but surely not the last. Some days ago, I ordered the ”Oh-so-special” eyeshadow pallete from Amazon.co.uk, and I am looking forward to have it, and swatch it of course.

So days ago, Irish beauty blogger  Julie , had a blog sale, and was selling , among others, 2 Sleek blushes. One was never used, the other just swatched, price was great so I bought them, and got them very soon 🙂

But this particular swatch got on my nerves, honestly. I might do something wrong, but I can’t get correct photos. I put too much of blush in my cheeks, so much that its impossible to get out of house like this, and in photos its like not wearing. Same happened with my ELF  swatches some time ago, and that time too, I wore lots of blush, enough to look like a clown

Anyway, I did my best. Sleek blushes have a great pigmentation, and if you are more talented in makeup like me, you are going to love it.

Pomegrante is a mauve-ish one with shimmer, and a sunrise is a bronzer-type with shimmer, although when swatched, the pomegranate has a more orango-redish tone.

Overall, I think that they are amazing blushes.

E.l.f eyebrow kit ~ Miracle

Hello ladies, here I am again!

As you already know, I decided to open a blogger blog as well. I ve moved all my posts there as well.

But, i also think that it would be good if I can have posts in English in the one, and Greek in the other, or.. well , it depends.

In my latest Elf Haul, I bought items that weren’t in stock for a very long time. On of them was the eyebrow kit.I got it in dark.

It has a wax-like dark brown cream shadow, a light brown shadow, and a little mirror on the top. You apply the wax first, then the brow-shadow to make it look more 3-D effect.

 

I m trying to grow my eyebrows, because all of these years, they are getting more and more slimmer, and I want it more ”bushy”.

So, they are kinda ugly , but then.. I found this miracle 🙂

Here is my bare eyebrows. As you can see, some places are more bushy, some not, there are ”bald” spots, and a bad shape. Plus, the inner side, is very thick compared to the outer one. So , I want to try and make it as good as I can.

   

Then, I apply the wax-cream to the places I want to make ”richer”, and apply a bit of the powder brow-shadow so we have that:

How I fell in love with a lipstick color, ELF – Voodoo

Hello beauties.

Its ELF time again.

I was about to make a review about some ELF products all together, but I hadn’t really tried this lipstick before. Once I did it, I had to post about it seperately.

There was not long ago that I said that I don’t usually try darker lipsticks, because I prefer ”safer” colors. Being pale in my skin, with dark hair, and big lips for my face, a too bright, or too red color for me is very risky.

I can’t really describe how much I loved this color. From the moment I tried it , I … just loved it !  It might just be me, and you might disagree with me, that’s why I ll swatch it and I expect your opinion as well.

Elf says : Spicy Warm Red Creme

I don’t know how exactly to describe it, its like the color of cherries? Wine red? Don’t know, its just looking great 😉

 

 

 

Looks  just okay, isn’t it ? But look it on my lips…

 

 

And how it actually looks with my skintone, colors,etc

         

So, what do you think?

I am delussional or it looks as good as I think it does?

E.l.f Blushes = Tickled Pink and Candid Coral

Hello beauties.

Here I am. I decided to make a blush swatch, I am not sure if I made the right decision though.

My camera is not the best, and the shades I chose are very light (I am not very good in applying blush, so I don’t buy darker shades, I am afraid to be a clown, actually).

So I decided to swatch my new – beautiful blushes – of Elf.

Candid Coral, a corl with gold shimmer blush, also known as a good dupe of Nars Orgasm and Tickled Pink, a very very fresh and beautiful pink.

So here they are…

Left is Candid Coral, right is Tickled Pink (beautiful, aren’t they)

I had a really hard time to swatch them in my arm, so this is the best I could do

And now, show time…

I don’t think you have seen my fugly face yet, so here I am . Yes, I am wearing my PJs, yes, with no other make up one, yes, my brows are not fulle plucked (I m trying to make them ticker actually) and yes, with jungle hair. So please be polite.

(Left ones are Tickled Pink,left ones are tickled Pink, or easiest method, when you see my ear ring, then its tickled pink)

Bottomline, I love them. Its what I need. I don’t like very strong colors, I can’t work with them. Also with my skin tone, any strong color will appear so fake, and I prefer natural blushing. And to be honest, the photos doesn’t show how pigmented they really are. Coz they are way more than what you see here

Korres lipstick swatches – soft touch lip pen & guava lipstick.

Hello beauties!

I am so sorry for being absent for that long, but I am (still) out of Athens, I use and older-than-death-PC, plus I was sick for over a week, and didn’t really have the energy to blog.

Before doing any other swatch, I realized that I had 2 Korres lippies that I forgot.

Many times I buy a product, don’t like it atm, and then remember it and use it again.

This time is Korres’ soft touch lip pen in ”dark pink” and Korres’ guava lipstick in nude.

There is no need to say that I prefer the dark pink over the nude. The nude isn’t exactly nude, its more orangy than it should be, so, now I remember why I didn’t really enjoyed it in the first place. Dark pink is a MLBB color, that I love.

(Something I remembered. I recently bought a lipstick from a brand named ”prestige”, and while from the outside looked like pink, was very orangy. The lipstick quality is amazing, but the color is bad, I might swatch it soon. Greek readers, have you ever tried prestige?)

But, out of those two, I prefer the quality of the guava lipstick. Its more moisturizing and glides perfect when applied. While the Soft touch lip pen (apricot line?) is very stable, and has a veeery good staying power, its more ”dry”. Not so on the lips, but in the touch of it.

I wear the pink very often, but the nude, not. Only with a lipgloss.(Its a shame I can’t use it as much as I want)
